AirTec® P100 Polyurea Electric Motor Grease Cartridge for Lube-Shuttle®

AirTec® P100 Polyurea for Lube-Shuttle® is a premium grease for specialized use primarily in electric motors. P100 is a light base oil thickened with polyurea instead of lithium.  

Polyurea grease is also used in sealed-for-life bearings, and in grease marketed as 'Corn Head Grease'.  It is ideal for rolling contact applications.

Many agricultural equipment manufacturers initially lubricate U-joints and axle bearings with polyurea grease at the factory and may recommend this type of grease.

Polyurea greases are known for their ability to outperform standard lithium greases at high temperatures and have high thermal stability. They are often found being used in machine motors that are required to operate at very specific temperatures at high speeds for long periods of time. They can also be found in wet environments and high speed agricultural equipment like balers and corn head drives.

Caution:  Unlike products with lithium thickeners, polyurea grease is most-often incompatible with other greases.  Use this product only when specified by the manufacturer and where you can be sure that the previous grease was also a polyurea-thickened product.
